When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse depending on your location. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 2-5 business days for delivery in Ireland.
Will I have to pay customs duties and Import VAT?
If you are in the EU, Northern Ireland, or the EU VAT area, no.
If you are in an EEA country, Switzerland, or outside the EU VAT area you will have to pay VAT at the border.
If you are in the rest of the world it will be your responsibility, as the importer, to pay VAT and customs' duties on entry.
What if I cancel of refuse delivery?
If you cause the delivery to be returned to us after it has left our premises and incurred a cost for us, then we will not refund the delivery charge. This can happen if you refuse to pay taxes and charges at the border. If you are returning goods that you have received then you are responsible for the costs of the return delivery.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package at with photos of the damaged item(s), and we will assist you with a replacement or refund
